"God gave us two hands. One to receive with and the other to give with."

It all started when I had the opportunity to live in the Philippines for two years. I was submersed in the most beautiful culture with the most kind hearted people. When I returned to the United States, I made a goal to do all that I can to help those in need in the Philippines.

The Filipino people became my family and I became their kuya. I feel a sincere obligation within my soul that calls me to help those in need from the islands of the Philippines.

I've been blessed to work in the fashion industry as a stylist. I've always had an interest in fashion, but I wanted my work to mean something. Kuya Kollective was created as a way for me to bridge the gap between two things that I'm passionate about; fashion and humanitarian work.

Every year, I assemble a group of volunteers to help a humanitarian project that I created called Project Kuya. We've been able to help hundreds of individuals since 2016 and strive to help our humanitarian efforts continue to grow.
